The fun is in the surprise—you pick the number of scoops, and we'll let fortune decide what treasures you get. Want to see your luck in action? With our Custom Box option, we'll upload a video on TikTok of your very own scoop being prepared!

How does your product/service work?

Choose your number of scoops and let fortune decide! Every order is a surprise. When you place your order, we randomly scoop items just for you. We don't hand-pick any parcels—all the goods you receive are chosen by the scoop.

Where do you ship?

We ship to EU countries and a few of them outside of EU.

EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Other locations:
United Kingdom


When shipping to certain countries, especially those outside the European Union, you may need to fill out additional customs declarations. Therefore, please always provide us with your accurate contact details.


How long will the shipping take?

We ship out the parcel within 3 business days. However, when shipping to certain countries, especially those outside the European Union, we may need to fill out additional customs declarations, therefore shipping the parcel out might take longer.

The shipping time also depends on the shipping provider. In average:

Central and Northern Europe: For most major European countries like Germany, Poland, Sweden, and the Netherlands, you can expect delivery to take around 3 to 7 working days.

Southern Europe and more remote areas: Shipping to countries like Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece, or other more remote locations can take longer, generally ranging from 5 to 10 or more working days.

It's important to remember that these are just estimates. The actual delivery time can be affected by factors such as:

  • Customs procedures: If a package is being sent to a non-EU country, it may be held up in customs, which can add significant delays.

  • Public holidays and weekends: Delivery services typically do not operate on weekends or public holidays, which can extend the delivery time.

  • Unforeseen events: Unexpected events like severe weather, logistical issues, or a high volume of parcels (e.g., during the holiday season) can also cause delays.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees will depend on the shipping location. You will choose your location to apply the price. Please ensure you select the correct shipping country during checkout. If the shipping option chosen does not match your actual delivery address, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping fee accordingly and contact you for additional payment if necessary. Orders may be delayed until the correct shipping cost is paid.

Please be aware that any customs duties, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided by the email once informed about the return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
